Hello!

I am a new member here within the community from Gainesville, FL. I am currently trying to get as much information as possible about real estate investing. I have been listening to the older podcast pretty much non-stop and ready book when time permits.

I do currently have a real estate license but I am not currently active, within sales. However I am lucky that my Finance is, an active real estate agent so I am able to have easy access to the MLS through them.

My goal to get into 'buy and holds' and start getting monthly rental income in addition to my full time W2 job. I would like to one day get into rehabs and flips, when we have a few rentals under our belt.

We had a goal to buy our first rental by next year however we are currently working on a possible seller finance deal which is a condo and happening a lot sooner than initially planned. However, seller financing is not something I am very familiar with so I am trying to get all the information I can on the subject.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and hopefully some fellow investors from Gator Country!

Julie
