BP new to BP from HI moving to Portland, OR

Whats up everybody! My name is Bronson I'm 28 years old and brand new REI and to BP. I am currently living in Hawaii but looking to move to Portland, OR in about a year or so. I have a wife and 2 wonderful kids who I will be bringing with me. I hope to get my real estate investing started in the mainland and don't have a real clear direction yet. Currently I just have a recently bought 2/2 condo in the Beaverton area that I will be using as a buy and hold until the next deal rolls around. I am an electrician by trade and I'm trying to soak up whatever knowledge I can through this site/forum. Looking forward to building my knowledge as well as some relationships along the way on this new journey in life.
