New member in Seattle with two properties looking to build a port

Hello,

I am excited to join this great community of experienced investors. As a new member I appreciate all of the time and effort that is put into this site from everyone so looking forward to contributing where I can!

As of now I currently own a property in WA and in AZ and I am always looking to add. I have listened to many of the podcasts and read many of the forums and for my next property I would like this to purely be a rental from the start. I would love to hear from other investors on how they are thinking about top rental markets today and what a good beginner deal may look like. My other two properties were primaries I converted to rentals so this is new territory for me.
