Hey guys,

I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community and gain insight and advice as I begin my real estate journey. Hopefully sooner than later I can contribute advice to the forums, but for now, I'll just have to selfishly consume.  

I'm looking to start out house-hacking and then, well, we'll see.  I love the idea of buy-and-hold and the wealth-building potential, but I'm trying to start out by being realistic and tempering expectations so reality doesn't hit too hard when I have my first "learning experience."  

So to those of you who have already contributed to this space and been resources for my initial education and fact-gathering: thank you.  And for those who will help and be resources and guides through my "learning experiences": thank you, too.
