Hello everyone, Over the past years Iv become very interested in the real estate investing. Only recently have I found BiggerPockets which increased my desire to become involved in buy and hold real estate. I am like many of the members on this forum and will be investing while holding a full time job. Working 16 plus hours a day, often weeks on end I will not be able to manage my own properties. However, my career has left me fortunate enough that a down payment nor credit should not be a issue. I live north of Oklahoma City in a small town of less than 1,000 people. So, I'm not interested investing in my home town. I have been doing considerable research trying to determine the most suitable areas to invest in. I believe I'd like to invest in single family homes and/or a duplex to get started later moving to small apartments. Iv been looking around 12th street in Moore, OK but I'm not sold on any one location at this time. An advice on locations in Oklahoma or pit falls to look out for in general would be much appreciated. Thanks
