Newbie from Milwaukee, WI

Hi my name is Terry Olson and I'm from Milwaukee, WI. I'm new to real estate investing and looking to get started. I've purchase one home, mine, and thought it was so great I'd do it again and get some money out of the deal along with helping someone else out with affordable housing. However, I have no experience being a landlord so I'm doing some research (can you recommend any good books?) to do it right and minimize mistakes.
