C is a new member

C is new to investing but I have wanted to do this for a long time.  I have finally taken the dive.  I have 2 rental properties is Mississippi though I live in Santa Cruz, CA.  I sold my home and am using proceeds to make the investments.  Good news, I have renters before the sales close.
