Hello,

I'm Joseph Smith, but please just call me Joe. I'm new to real estate, but I have some experience dealing with it from my parents adventures into real estate. I'm hoping to learn more about investing at the more basic levels and hopefully grow into buying, fixing, and flipping. I have a background in engineering and also residential home repairs, as I am still in business with a family construction company. Glad to be here and I am looking forward to learning from you all.
