Hello everyone,

I'm a IT professional who just moved into Manhattan from the Caribbean as a recent graduate. I hoping to gradually build a rental property portfolio around the area with some cash I saved. Any newbie advice is appreciated, excited to be a part of the  biggerpockets community.
