HI everyone. 

I am in the North Richland Hills area of Texas. I have been a member for a while just never properly introduced my self. I purchased my first buy and hold property last year and just closed on my second. Always looking for the next good deal. There is still a lot to be learned and a ton of info here on BP. I am primarily interested in buy and hold properties.
