Hello BP!  I am a school teacher from Greenville, SC.  I have always had an interest in real estate and now that school is out for the summer, I want to really start taking steps toward investing.  I am reading through Rich Dad, Poor Dad, listening to podcasts, and reading articles to educate myself.  I like the idea of wholesaling to start as I do not have the capital to jump into flipping, buy and hold, etc.  I look forward to getting to know the other BP members from the upstate and learning the ins and outs of the Greenville market!
