Hello Everyone, my name is Brennan. I am from the suburbs of Chicago and am looking to break into the real estate market. I want to start flipping houses. I am not in a hurry and want to learn as much as I can and do it the right way! I am most curious how to secure financing when I don't have much liquid assets. I have the drive to learn everything I can!!!
