Hello every one I am a new member and to be honest I am not technically an investor yet. I am one in the making, I don't have capital and I haven't bought my first property yet. What I do have is an open mind, ambition and a passion for learning. Also I am not in America, I am actually from the Caribbean on an island called Dominica. Are there any other members in my vicinity? If there are I'd your advice, I bet you have some interesting stories. I' d also be grateful for any advice from any one else, real estate is real estate no matter where you are. So what do you say, will you help me out.
