Hello Everyone! 

PHX, AZ Agent here. For almost my entire working career I have been in some form of property. From apartment leasing, loan origination, modifications with BofA to finally becoming a licensed agent and building a residential property management office. 

I've always been of a mind to buy and hold. As a kid when asked what I would be when I grew up I told everyone I'd be an "owner" (kids right?). I found Bigger Pockets and it feels like I've finally found some like minded people. 

I'm hoping to get some creative ideas so I can finally start buying for myself and I'm also happy to offer up my years of experience in Leasing and Management knowledge to anyone who needs it.  (Disclaimer-I am not an attorney, just an lowly licensed agent you should always defer to an attorney in legal matters blah blahblah ;-))
