New member from Central Virginia!

Hey BP,

My name is Brandon Johnson, and I am from central Virginia. I'm really glad that I have stumbled upon this site because it seems to have a ton of great information! 

I am 22 years old and have saved up quite a bit of money by living a very frugal lifestyle, and now have decided I want to try and invest some of my savings. Atm I haven't decided whether I want to persue rental properties, or to flip them. 

Can't wait to meet more experienced re investors and become a part of this community!
