Hello everyone!

I am a new member just trying to learn whatever I can about real estate. I have been a lurker on this site for awhile and finally decided to take the dive.

I currently own a multi-family with the three units rented out and I live in one of the units. It is been a great experience so far. My long term goal is to secure enough rental income to be able to quit my full time job!

I look forward learning all I can!
