hello my name is stephen j. moore ,im from lake charles louisiana,im new to real estate ,i have read quite a few books,with don peebles,jorge perez,and donald trump being my best books i have read so far,i will be getting some wholesaling started down here in lake charles louisiana ,here right out market dont have too mnay foreclosures like in other places.
im looking to newtowrk with anyone who wants to show me the ropes,and looking for a few mentors as well,im starting wholesalign so i can build up cash reserves,so i can eventually get into acquiring apartment complexes,shopping strip malls,developing,and skyscrapers,im open to any conversation and willinging to learn any and everythign that i can
