In the education phase...

Greetings All,

My name Xavier (Ig-ZAY-vee-yer) but most just call me X on account of it being a whole lot easier to pronounce and remember. The curse of high syllable count names I guess. I hail from the PNW but recently moved to SoCal and plan on taking advantage of the market here. I am in my late 20's and ready to ditch the rat race as I can see very clearly where it leads and it's end is not what I want for myself or my family.

I want a life I can live on my terms and give them the finer things. Not so much in materialism but in experiences and access. Money does not generate happiness but is a TOOL to access different avenues to reach ones goals. I have very big goals. Correction..."scary" big goals. I don't know about most but I just want my "tool box" (aka bank account) to be big enough to handle the job, opportunities that come along, or to help me create my own.

In order to do that I need to be able to to buy my time back. I also want to spend more time with my family. My daughter's childhood is temporary and I am tired of missing out on a great deal of it because I have to invest a ton of time to barely get by helping someone else reach their financial goals. I've unplugged from the matrix and can't wait to see how far this RE rabbit hole goes!
