Buying property directly in to LLC

I have been investing without an LLC until recently. My LLC is less than a year old. I am starting to research financing directly through the LLC. I have had to buy in my name and move to the LLC. However, as I expand and potentially take on partners this is not the preferred way. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
