Hello everyone, my name is Zafer. Currently I am a college student pursuing an associate degree in Computer Science. Recently I have been in this journey of discovering what does it really mean to be wealthy and how do people achieve it. I came across Phill's youtube channel and it opened my eyes on many aspects of financial building.

My goals right now, are to educate myself more about real estate, investing, property management, etc.. then enroll a prelicense course, and when I feel  ready get my real estate license. It will take me quite some time but its definitely worth it.
