Hello, everyone

Just a newbie who's been afraid to do this because I just didn't know where to start or how to start. I'm ready now to gain the knowledge to make the leap into the pool of successful real estate investing. Looking forward to learning a lot on this site. My goal is to acquire buy and holds either in low income neighborhoods or revitalization areas. I want to try owning family homes or apartment buildings. Ultimately, I'm trying to attain passive income for retirement.
