Hi everyone! We are a husband and wife team working with my father David to build and diversify our small RE investing business in North Florida. My father has about a dozen rental properties and my husband and I have one. We have extensive experience at remodeling (between these properties and our own homes).

We have joined BiggerPockets because we are interested in buying and rehabbing properties as well as purchasing a few additional rentals, particularly multiple family units. We would like to learn more about (and possibly meet) hard money lenders so that we can partner with other RE investors and skip the traditional bank mortgage route in trying to meet our goals.

Zoe & Buddy :)
