Hi y'all,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and excited to add value to and learn from this incredible community. 

I'm a beginning real estate agent in Ocean County, New Jersey. Actually, beginning may be a little liberal. I take my exam on 6/1! Wish me luck. 

I come from a sales background and love to read books and join groups to constantly improve my sales swag. 

Previously, I was a debt specialist who helped people resolve thousands in debt. Average American debt load in unsecured debt is about $25k. :O I don't want to be part of that statistic. No offense to anyone who holds debt. But I learned a lot in that position and now want to expand and learn more about how to invest and get others to live out their dreams. 

I'm excited about the opportunities and possibilities in real estate ownership/investing.
