Hello BP!

First - I have to say this is a phenomenal resource. I'm a corporate finance analyst by trade so I immediately went looking for modeling tools and found some great work here at the FilePlace - all for free!  Remarkable.

Second - I'm fairly new to residential RE and I am here to learn/network. I have some corporate experience in industrial divestitures and in-house tenant advisory. I would like to expand my knowledge base in residential niches with good risk adjusted returns. I am particularly interested in notes, tax liens, and hybrid multi-family strategies.

Based in Houston, TX - please send me a brief note if you would like to connect.
