Hello BP,

I have been a member for several months; sitting in the back rows taking in all the information given by all BP members. I've invested in gurus and courses but I must sincerely admit that most of my knowledge has been obtain right here, with BP.

As a mother and wife I look for simplicity in my life. My life revolves around my family but spending 3 hours a day during the weekday says otherwise. I am taking steps towards a happier future.

I wish my first deal to be a owner occupied multi-family of which I am researching the BRRR strategy in-depth. I do plan to wholesale as well but I also must ensure that I bring quality to my buyer and understand the deal that I am attaching my name to. Therefore experience, knowledge and action is key.

I am looking forward to all future encounters with BP!!
