hi everybody, I am a new investor from upstate new York and am looking to gain as much knowledge as possible! I am interested in flipping properties to generate capital for rental properties and would love advise on how to estimate costs or repair for flips and if anyone knows an investor friendly real estate agent who would be willing to work with me in the Rochester area.
