Myself and a colleague, both in the USAF at Vandenberg AFB, are new to the area. We are looking at a few properties in Lompoc/Santa Maria/Santa Barbara to flip. We are hoping to connect with a few local investors or lenders and get a feel for the area! Look forward to hearing from you all soon!
