Hello BiggerPockets family, my name is Lennon O Givens I go by Lenny. I'm a graduate from Florida A&M University with a degree in Construction Eng I am also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida (CGC1511827). I was the owner of Chalkline Construction before I change careers in 2008 when the market crashed. I have since been on the railroad moving from city to city with my family staying in Florida to allow the two oldest to graduate high school. My wife and youngest two will move to Chicago June 2017. I am looking for a nice home with 2K sqft+ for my family and start investing for cash flow. I have been pre-approved for 76K and have access to 38k cash from 401K (loan or hardship). I am hoping I can gain some tips and strategies on purchasing a home and investing.

Open to suggestions.

Thank you
