My name is Malcolm Barrett and I'm a real estate investor in Tampa FL. I just wanted to introduce myself and connect with anyone in the Tampa area. I'm currently interested in wholesaling deals as well as rehabbing properties and we look into buy and holds. Im always looking to connect with others to see the different ways we can benefit one another and help our business grow. I look at this industry as a very team friendly industry with all of the different ways we can help one another. I am also very interested in gaining more knowledge about the Tampa market and Real estate in general. I feel as though knowledge and brain storming is one of the most beneficial things you can do especially in this industry. I have spent countless hours and dollars educating myself in this business and look to gain more knowledge as well as give everything I know.
