Hello!

My name is Zach and I have found a new passion for real estate investing.  The only real estate background is that my parents own single family homes and some commercial rental properties and that is where my interests primarily fall because that is what I have primarily been around. After diving into the subject a little more I have found that I also have an interest in learning about vacation rentals as well. I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in business management and am currently employed and working as the third generation of a family business that my grandfather started in the 1960s. I recently got married and have become more and more passionate about rental properties since.  I have read several books on this topic because I cannot seem to get enough of it. Currently, I own a home and am interested in taking the next step to purchasing my first rental property.
