Hello My friends,

I am new to real estate investing. Looking to invest into multyfamily,exploring possibility of house haking, want find the  duplex with possibility renting other side.

I am in Austin, TX. Have about $20 k to invest. Listen BP podcasts,leaning everything I can, now start analysing properties very day.

Please open to advice, creative ideas, if anyone have.
