Hello all,

My name is Mat and I am very new to real estate investing. I'm currently trying to learn as much as possible and always happy to take advice from those that done what I hope to do within the next year.... Buy my first investment property. I currently own my home but what to start purchasing more properties preferable multi homes (duplex, triplex etc...)
