partnership agreement with my son

My wife and I are helping our son buy a condo he will be living in.  We are supplying the down payment and closing costs and he will be making all of the monthly payments.  He will be the only one on the loan but we will all be on title.  Is there a checklist of what to address or a template of how to draw up a partnership agreement that would help us address the issues of percentage of ownership, tax write offs, if sold-how to split it up, etc.?
