Hello BiggerPockets community,

My name is Josh Tonnesen and I have a real interest for real estate.  I have read several books, listened to numerous podcasts, as well as had good, hands-on experience.

I am looking to expand my network and contribute to the Biggerpockets community wherever the opportunity arises.

Thanks for sharing.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is an all time favorite for me, but others I highly recommend are:

1) The Richest Man in Babylon by George Samuel Clason - it's a series of parables that help teach the investor mindset. Small but great read.

2) The One Thing by Gary Keller - I'm a fan of simple and this books helps sort that out and get you focused on what matters.

3) And if you're an avid reader/learner, BP put together a great list awhile back - The 21 Best Real Estate books
