Hello, my name is Ty Smith. I'm new in town and to real estate investing. However, I plan on building an empire. I'm incredibly ambitious but lack guidance. So if there is anyone out there who I could be of service to while learning something I'd be happy to help. I'm interested in wholesaling and am working on my realtor license. I would also like to buy rental properties some day and possibly build my own version of Trump Tower lol.
