Just getting started in Investing in Northern California...

Hi BiggerPockets Community!

I'm just getting started in real estate investing (flipping and rentals) in the Northern California area.  We own a few rental properties, and we are looking into the ins and outs of flipping and investing in more properties to rent out, including multifamily and commercial.  If anyone has any advice/ resources/ financing info etc that they think would help, I'd love to hear it!  Look forward to learning more and hearing from all of you.
