I am new,  my name is Martin Caldwell and I have ten plus years experience owning and renting out only a couple properties and would like to get to know some people from my area. I am interested in SFHs and possibly multi-family deals in the future. I learned about this forum on my podcasts app and joined today after several weeks of listening to the BP show. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
