Hello! My name is Benjamin. As the title states I am from the Akron/Canton area here in the Buckeye state. Currently I do Customer Service for a large speed shop in Tallmadge for my day job. I also am working on a double major in Graphic Design as well as Digital Photography.

I came across this site after reading The Book on Real Estate Investing with No or little Money Down. The whole thing really piqued my interest, especially since I have a very strong background in construction from when I was younger. I have a couple of friends who seem to be doing very well with REI, and I guess this would be a good avenue to maybe network with some more experienced folks from my area, as well as learn more from actual experience and not just a book.
