Hey Guys,

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for this website and all of the information on it. I have all ready been making some good connections, and meeting some very nice folks who are beyond helpful. If anyone is in the Medford, Oregon area please contact me. I would love to meet you!

One quick question. I am currently looking at about four (4) deals right now from the range of a townhouse (2), a 32 unit, a 6 unit, and a triplex. The question is what is too big or too small for your first deal? I would really like to go for the 32 unit and start big. That being said would it be wise of me for my first deal to do just a small transaction to get my feet wet? Or go big? Any and all comments welcome.

God bless guys.

Jay
