Hi Everyone, 

My name is Kevin and I'm currently practicing Architecture in Atlanta and currently working on obtaining my professional license. 
Real Estate has been a budding interest of mine since the 4th year of Architecture school and I'm looking to learn more about the industry/field from researching and doing. I also enjoy learning about finance. 
Ultimately, I'd like to be able to blend the working knowledge I'm gaining right now in Architecture and knowledge I'll learn about real estate to start small with owning rental properties before trying to move into multi-family housing development and becoming an Architect/Developer. 
I don't, at this moment, have a preference for "flipping homes" over "rental properties" - I'd just like to make the best decisions with the information I have after thorough research. 
I'm open to networking, discussions, work opportunities and all that come with the community. 
I'll be reading over all of the beginner's guides this week and look forward to learning.
