Hello from NYC!

Hi Everyone - My name is Jonathan Lake.  I am a RE investor from NYC. I am in contract for my biggest buy and hold deal to date in Central/Upstate NY.  It consists of three single families and one small apartment building. These will be added to a condo in NYC and a house in Puerto Vallarta, MX.  I am here to:

1. Gain more knowledge
2. Build my mentor network
3. Be a mentor
4. Share knowledge

Besides RE, I assist individuals looking for a second chance, in life. I do this by providing mentoring and training to the re-entry population and those who have fallen on difficult times. We spend time sharing how to "rebrand yourself, build wealth and create the life you want by developing a winners mindset."
