Hi!

My name is JW Terry and I am just getting started in Real Estate. I currently own one SFH, and I'm in the process of acquiring another three. Once acquired, at least three will become long-term rentals with the potential for one to serve as a personal residence. I'm looking to learn the ropes from more experienced investors as I would like to leverage my current properties and scale up into opportunities that are more profitable in the next 5 to 10 years. I'm open to learn and willing to listen!
