Hi folks My name is Stephen. I came to bigger pockets wanting to learn anything about real estate investing from finding deals, how to put a house under contract, how to find financial for a house investment or house flip with no money down or even with a small down payment, how to find a good contractor, how to find a way to sale the house quick, and how to invest in multi-units or apartments as advertise by David Lindahl. I'm a rookie and willing to learn from any mentors who have time to teach the ropes for me. I am a quick fast learner and can be part of any team or partnership.
