New Member Seeking Direction

Hello BP Community,

This is my first time posting, and I'd like to thank you all in advance for the help and wisdom you will provide me. I'm a born and raised Pittsburgh resident, hoping to provide affordable housing throughout the city. 

I was initially introduced to BP by my friend and colleague, @Anthony_Angotti. I have been a long time listener of the podcast and would like to begin analyzing deals. If anyone knows any good tools or sources to analyze deals, I'd love to look into them. Please suggest that any good books for beginners that have helped you.
