Ready for the next step in Pennsylvania

I'm a contractor from Washington PA. I'm 32 yrs old. I have worked hard since my 16th birthday. 3 yrs ago I decided to start my own business remodeling. I have done very well in my sole proprietorship, but am ready to migrate towards something bigger. The daily grind of getting that next bid from customers, who have predetermined that every contractor is going to rip them off, is putting a bad taste in my mouth. I know there's opportunity all around me, but I don't know how to begin flipping houses. I want to build a future for my family and it's time to take leap. I'm tired of just talking about it.
