Hey everyone , i am totally new in to Real estate, coming from a medical profession and ready to invest to get financial freedom. Getting tired of the 12 hour shifts, typically I'm not that 8- 5 person , i love the freedom of working less days but also love the financial freedom too. Lets be honest don't we all love the idea of financial freedom? Don't get me wrong i am a hard worker too . I have been on BP a lot and i have read a lot of posts. I have learnt a lot on BP. I would say i have learnt more than i thought i would . I have gone to a couple of seminars, and i feel like if i don't take this head on i would never learn. I have to get out of " the comfort zone" to move forward. My main focus for now is whole-selling so as to get cash flow and then slowly head towards income property . Im still working on building my team so any ideas, referrals and or connections are very welcome. Thank you for taking your time to read my post.
