Background is fairly simple:

Owned 1 rental property for 7 years now (not in Lubbock). I feel at times I have been lucky because I have had the same tenants the entire time and just renewed them for 2 more years.

Goal is to add 10 buy and hold properties in Lubbock over the next 36 months

I have a previous career in residential remodeling construction management, so flips don't scare me. Would love to tackle 1-2 flips a year.

Would love to connect to anyone locally that might be interested in making another relationship for the greater good.
