New Member from Sarasota

I have been involved in real estate investing for quite some time, but it has always been somewhat modest.  I have been involved with both single family rentals and commercial (office/retail combo), primarily on the West coast of Florida.  I currently have 4 single family rentals in the Sarasota area.  I am looking to expand my activities and would be interested in looking at additional single family, multifamily, triple net, and other commercial opportunities.
