My names is Kevin and I am a part time Realtor and investor. I have done a handful of flip deals and and have several single family rental properties. I am looking to expand my passive income, grow my real estate portfolio, learn some new skills, meet some new people and perhaps find a deal or two in the Phoenix area. 

This is my first day with BP, and so far I am finding a ton of useful information. Happy to be here!
