Real Estate Investing Clubs and Neighborhood Stabilization

Hello Everybody,

My name is Danielle and I'm interested in developing and joining together a real estate investing group to strategically purchase and renovate homes for rental or resale.

Great!! Who DOESN'T want to make money in real estate?  The bigger question is who wants to make a difference while making money!

Those are the people i'd like to join up with.  Those that support the following goal: "Strategically concentrating on specific NC neighborhoods, purchasing homes, rehabbing to "responsibly Rent", revitalizing those neighborhoods and later selling the homes for a profit.
